1. Use of Service
Tripilot provides travel planning, budget simulation, expense tracking, and trip organization tools for personal use. You must use the service reasonably and in accordance with the law.
2. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We cannot be held liable for unauthorized access caused by weak or shared passwords.
3. Estimates and Travel Decisions
Budgets, forecasts, recommendations, and costs shown by Tripilot are estimates based on available data and the information you provide. Actual costs may vary. Tripilot does not replace your judgment, financial advice, legal advice, or direct checks with travel providers.
4. Payments and Premium Features
Some features may require payment or a subscription. Payments are processed through external providers such as Stripe. Prices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and access to premium features will be shown before confirming payment where relevant.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt to access other accounts, interfere with service security, abuse automated requests, extract data at scale, or use Tripilot for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
6. Privacy
Our processing of your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. By using Tripilot, you accept that we process the data necessary to provide the service and, where relevant, optional uses you have consented to.
7. Liability
Tripilot is provided as is. We work to keep information useful and reasonable, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors, or absolute accuracy of calculations, prices, maps, itineraries, or external data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. If changes are material, we will try to communicate them reasonably. Continued use of Tripilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
